  • 1/4 cup onion ,grated
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 ounces light cream,(4 tablespoons half-and-half)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
  • Mushroom:
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms,sliced
  • Garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the ingredients for the dressing
