  • 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1 can (4 ounces) black olives ,sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper , chopped
  • 1 stalk celery,diced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/16 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
