Step 1: In large pot of boiling heavily salted water, cook linguine until al dente.
Step 2: Drain, saving 1/4 cup pasta water
Step 3: Meanwhile
Step 4: In a blender, puree peanut butter, ¼ cup hot pasta water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, oil, honey, and pepper flakes. (Or just whisk together)
Step 5: Toss pasta with dressing and half the scallions, carrots and radishes.
Step 6: Spoon into a serving bowl.
Step 7: Top with remaining scallions, carrots and radishes.
