Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 20 Entenmann’s store-bought brownie bites
  • 20 large strawberries
  • 1 16 ounce container white frosting
  • 20 mini pink Starburst candies
  • #21 Wilton star icing piping tip
  • 1 disposable piping bag
  • 20 snowflake sprinkles (optional)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash strawberries and pat dry.

  • Step 2: First, slice the tops off of the strawberries and place cut side down on a paper towel to dry. That will help the frosting stick.

  • Step 3: Next, roll the Starburst minis into small balls for the nose.

  • Step 4: It might be easier to do this if you heat them up in the microwave for 4 or 5 seconds ONLY!

  • Step 5: If they seem too big make them a little smaller.

  • Step 6: Heat the frosting so that it's soft enough to put into the piping bag.

  • Step 7: Then pipe the frosting on the top of the brownie but not too thick. Enough to look like the white fur around his coat and make the strawberry stick.

  • Step 8: Make a little triangle down one side of the brownie for a beard.

  • Step 9: Now place the strawberry on top of the frosting.

  • Step 10: Using a little frosting for glue, put the nose right on the strawberry.

  • Step 11: Finally, using a toothpick dipped in frosting you can attach a snowflake sprinkle to the strawberry hat if desired or you can just do the frosting.

  • Step 12: Now you have the cutest gnome brownie bites ever!

  • Step 13: Perfect for a Christmas edible craft for a classroom party for kids!
