Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 package Taco seasonings
  • 1 13 ounce bag Dorito Corn chips Crispy Rounds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 10 ounce container Cherubs Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 1 15 ounce Ricos Premium Cheddar
  • 1 4.25 ounce can chopped black olives
  • 3/4 cup green onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Step 2: Heat ground beef in a large skillet.

  • Step 3: Chop onion and add to ground beef.

  • Step 4: Cook until done and drain well.

  • Step 5: Add water and taco seasoning to pan.

  • Step 6: Mix thoroughly

  • Step 7: Line a large cookie sheet or large pizza pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 8: Layer dorito chips over the parchment paper in the amount of chips you want.

  • Step 9: Drop taco meat over doritos by spoonfuls then spread as you want.

  • Step 10: Sprinkle tomatoes over the top.

  • Step 11: Sprinkle chopped black olives over the top.

  • Step 12: Sprinkle green onions over the top.

  • Step 13: Heat the cheese in the microwave till it is easy enough to use.

  • Step 14: Drop cheese over the nachos in the amount you like.

  • Step 15: Heat in oven for 5 to 7 minutes till desired temp of nachos.

  • Step 16: Add other toppings of your choice.

  • Step 17: Remove and enjoy!
