Step 2: Drain
Step 3: Stir together celery, bell peppers, olives, onions, oil, mayonnaise, seasoning and lemon juice in a large bowl.
Step 4: Add pasta
Step 5: Toss gently.
Step 6: Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 7: Garish with celery leaves.
