Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces dry beluga lentils ,(1/2 cups)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can(15 ounces) kidney beans ,drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
  • 1 tablespoon green curry paste
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a pot

  • Step 2: Melt margarine

  • Step 3: Add minced garlic, garam masala,onions and jalapenos

  • Step 4: Add tomato paste

  • Step 5: Fry everything for 2 minutes before adding beluga lentils and water.

  • Step 6: Cook for around 15 minutes

  • Step 7: Adding water as needed

  • Step 8: Then give also the kidney beans, mustard, green curry paste, and coconut milk into the pot.

  • Step 9: Mix well and cook all finally for 5 more minutes.
