  • 4 ounces corned beef,sliced across grain
  • 2 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sauerkraut
  • Sauce:
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: PreHeat broiler

  • Step 2: Mix sauce completely

  • Step 3: Grill bread on indoor barbecue

  • Step 4: Grill meat same time

  • Step 5: Take sauerkraut in fist and squeeze out all moisture

  • Step 6: Put sauce on either side of rye bread

  • Step 7: Layer on corned beef sauerkraut and Swiss

  • Step 8: Pop in oven until cheese melts

  • Step 9: Cut in half
