Step 1: Turn the grill down to low temperature.
Step 2: Mix together garlic powder, salt and pepper.(equal parts)
Step 3: Then cover both sides of the ribs with that.
Step 4: Grill ribs, bone side down, for 90 percent of the time.
Step 5: It will take about an hour to an hour and a half. Squeeze the lemon on it frequently, because that makes it taste a lot better.
