Step 2: Combine the cream, Simple Syrup and 1 ice cube. Shake well to aerate the cream and melt the ice.
Step 3: Fill a pint glass with ice.
Step 4: Add the rum and liqueur; stir well.
Step 5: Spoon the whipped cream on top.
