  • Chicken
  • 48 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves,(8)
  • 1 1⁄2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup flour
  • 8 large fresh spinach leaves, (veins removed)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese,(8 slices)
  • 8 ounces american cheese ,(8 slices)
  • Pasta
  • 1⁄2 pound dry fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1⁄4 pound mushrooms ,sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream,(1 cup)
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese,(1⁄4 cup),grated
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt,to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 2: Cut each piece in half horizontally into 2 pieces.
