  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded,(1 cup)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated,(1/3 cup)
  • Topping:
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese,,(1/3 cup)
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 2 quart casserole
