Step 1: Place green beans on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square).
Step 2: Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning to taste and dot with butter.
Step 3: Fold foil around beans, sealing tightly.
Step 4: Grill, covered, over medium heat 11 minutes on each side or until beans are tender.
Step 5: Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
