Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces uncooked garden rotini pasta,(2 cups)
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package ( 10 ounce) frozen lima beans
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 8 ounces ham, diced
  • 5 ounces bacon,(5 slices)
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water

  • Step 2: Add Lima beans and corn last 5 minutes

  • Step 3: Drain

  • Step 4: Add rest of ingredients ,except bacon,seasoning to taste

  • Step 5: Chill overnight

  • Step 6: Before serving cook bacon until crisp crumble add to salad just before serving

  • Step 7: Add more mayonnaise if needed
