  • 1 cup red bell pepper ,diced
  • 1 can (6 ounce ) black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil , minced
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese,(1/2 cup ),grated
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
