  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Topping:
  • 1 box (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Step 2: Use ¼ cup melted butter to grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

  • Step 3: Add pecans and coconut.
