  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/tablespoon water
  • 4 ounces light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil and butter and add garlic and onions.

  • Step 2: Cook until translucent.
