Step 8: Over high heat, stir-fry the onion and zucchini.
Step 9: Set aside.
Step 10: Heat the oil in the wok.
Step 11: (Do not be too stingy with the oil.)
Step 12: Dump the paste in the wok, stirring quickly to avoid burning for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 13: Add the pork and stir fry till cooked.
Step 14: Add the vegetables and mix.
Step 15: Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 16: Mix in cornstarch and water and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Step 17: Served immediately over the cooked noodles
