  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • Step 1: Cut spam into 8 steaks

  • Step 2: Mix egg and mustard in a bowl

  • Step 3: Mix flour and pepper in bowl

  • Step 6: Dip each steak into flour egg and then bread crumbs

  • Step 7: Don't stack on plate

  • Step 8: When oil is hot
