Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 to 5 ounce piece salmon
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the fish with salt and pepper and lay it, skin side down, on a piece of foil that has been coated with non stick spray.

  • Step 2: Lightly squeeze the lemon wedge over the fish and add the lemon wedge and cilantro on top of the fish.

  • Step 3: Make a leak proof packet with the foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven until cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. It will flake easily when poked with a fork if it is cooked.

  • Step 4: Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard.

  • Step 5: Open packet, remove and discard the skin and lemon wedge.

  • Step 6: Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture over the fish and enjoy!
