  • 1 (5 ounce) center cut filet salmon, poached ,cooled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons celery, minced
  • ½ lemon, zest, juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
