Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • Two eggs
  • Two cups diced stale bread
  • One cup (or more) diced carrots or zuccinni
  • One large sweet onion, diced
  • 1.5 T Hawaij spice mix
  • 1T Worsherteshire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk or coconut milk
  • One bag wavy potato chips, crushed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute veggies and onion in butter or oil , salt and pepper, until soft, let cool.

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients, except chips, to make meatball batter.

  • Step 3: Adjust the consistency of batter with more milk if needed, it should be soft and slightly sticky.

  • Step 4: Form large meatballs, 1.5-2 inch diameter, and roll in the crushed potato chips. Slightly press the chips in.

  • Step 5: Lay out meatballs in your air fryer basket.

  • Step 6: Set oven to 375°F and cook for about 13 minutes. Check temp, flip and continue about 7 more minutes. Chips should be dark brown (almost black in spots) when meatballs are done.
