Step 1: Heat grease
Step 2: Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions and cumin to the pan.
Step 3: Sauté them in the bacon fat until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the beans (including liquid) to the pan
Step 5: Add water, and the chicken bouillon cube.
Step 6: Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes more, until most of the water has evaporated and the beans have thickened.
Step 7: Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
