How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the meaty part of the chicken thighs a couple of times right the bone; this will allow the marinade to permeate the meat.

  • Step 2: Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Pour the yogourt, creamy dill mix, parsley and garlic powder into a re-sealable plastic bag, swish the bag to mix ingredients together.

  • Step 4: Toss in the drumsticks and swish the bag to coat the chicken pieces evenly.

  • Step 5: Seal the bag taking out as much air as you can and allow to marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  • Step 6: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 minutes.

  • Step 7: Cook the chicken pieces at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature of the meat reaches 180 degrees. This will depend on how thick the drumsticks are.

  • Step 8: Enjoy!
