Step 1: Place cream, sugar, chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 2: Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until chocolate and butter are melted.
Step 3: Whisking alot so doesn't burn
Step 4: Stir well, then whisk in the Amaretto.
Step 5: Serve warm
