  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed butter crackers,(ritz)

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Butter and Coat a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup crushed crackers

  • Step 5: Mix well.

  • Step 6: Spoon mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup crushed crackers on top.
