Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 large shrimp (very large shrimp, peeled and de-veined you can use jumbo but increase baking time slightly)
  • 1/3 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (toasted or substitute Panko)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 whole lemon, juiced (can use more)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.Set oven rack to lowest position. Prepare an 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Pour/spread oil in the bottom pan, then place the shimp in the pan.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine parsley and next 3 ingredients; sprinkle over shrimp. Cover with foil.

  • Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes. Turn shrimp over, drizzle with butter, lemon juice, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 4: Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes more.
