Step 2: Beat egg whites until frothy
Step 3: Add vanilla and sugar gradually together until fluffy.
Step 4: Add flour gradually and beat some more.
Step 5: Fold in coconut.
Step 6: Drop by a tablespoon onto a foil-covered cookie sheet
Step 7: Bake at 325º for 15 minutes, until nicely browned.
Step 8: Wait until completely cooled before peeling them from the foil.
