Ingredients
- Dry:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 11 egg whites ,beaten stiff
- Wet:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Sift the dry ingredients together

Step 3: It says to incorporate the wet ingredients individually into the egg whites I'm not ,you can .what I am doing is mixing wet together and adding the whites to it like angel food cake and gently folding in flour

Step 4: Pour into an ungreased 9x9 cake pan

Step 5: Bake 45 minutes but I would check at 30 minutes
