Step 1: Remove and discard loose outer cabbage leaves and core.
Step 2: Shred cabbage.
Step 3: Don’t shred it too fine; you want texture and crunch. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl, add carrots and mix
Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix the dressing .
Step 5: Pour it over the cabbage and carrots and toss to combine thoroughly.
Step 6: Chill overnight
Step 7: Season to taste
