Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium high heat
Step 3: Spray nonstick spray
Step 4: Add olive oil
Step 5: Then add peppers and onions; saute for 5 minutes or until tender
Step 6: Remove and set aside.
Step 7: Spray skillet again
Step 8: Then add sausage slices and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
Step 9: Add marinara sauce and oregano to skillet
Step 10: Stir to combine.
Step 11: Lower heat to low, then cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 12: Arrange rolls into a baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
Step 13: Add green peppers and onion mixture to each roll, then top with sausage and sauce mixture; repeat for all rolls.
Step 14: Arrange cheese over the top of each hoagie,
Step 15: Then sprinkle additional oregano over the top of the cheese.
Step 16: Place hoagies into oven, and cook for 5-10 minutes, watching closely and removing when cheese is melted and browning.
