Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Boiled:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/16 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • Mix:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon caper juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, whole, peeled

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer together first 9 ingredients.

  • Step 2: Cool 10 minutes

  • Step 3: Blend in Del Monte Catsup, olive oil, capers and juice, Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 4: Add garlic.

  • Step 5: Cool dressing at room temperature for 1 hour.

  • Step 6: Refrigerate until ready to use.(overnight)

  • Step 7: Shake well before using.

  • Step 8: Makes 2-3/4 cups.
