  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 packets no-calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups ice, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons whipped topping, light (cool-whip)

  • Step 1: Dissolve the matcha powder in the water and then place in a blender.
