Step 1: Beat egg yolks.
Step 2: Add lemon juice, rind and all, with( all but) two tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3: Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4: Cool.
Step 5: Beat egg whites
Step 6: Add two more tablespoons of the sugar
Step 7: Fold into cooked mixture
Step 8: Then fold in whipped cream.
Step 9: Line greased pie or refrigerator pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Step 10: Save some to sprinkle on top.
Step 11: Pour filling into pan and freeze.
