The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces cooked white rice,(2 cups)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat egg slightly.

  • Step 2: Heat milk over medium heat just until warm, add salt and pepper

  • Step 3: Stir to dissolve.

  • Step 4: Add to egg.

  • Step 5: Add cheese, parsley, butter, onion juice and rice and place in buttered Pam sprayed 13x9-inch baking pan.

  • Step 6: Cover

  • Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees until set, 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with paprika and serve.
