Step 1: Beat egg slightly.
Step 2: Heat milk over medium heat just until warm, add salt and pepper
Step 3: Stir to dissolve.
Step 4: Add to egg.
Step 5: Add cheese, parsley, butter, onion juice and rice and place in buttered Pam sprayed 13x9-inch baking pan.
Step 6: Cover
Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees until set, 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with paprika and serve.
