Step 1: Brown the ground beef and chorizo together.
Step 2: Drain most of the fat off.
Step 3: Mix the egg, milk and cornmeal. For topping
Step 4: Put all the rest of ingredients, into the crock pot (including the meats).
Step 5: Mix them thoroughly.
Step 6: Put the egg-milk-cornmeal mixture on top.
Step 7: Cook for 6 hours on high
Step 8: About 10 minutes before serving, cover the top with the grated cheese.
