  • 1 bottle (16 ounces) italian dressing
  • 1 jar (12 ounces ) apricot preserves

How to Make

  • Step 1: In Ziploc bag

  • Step 2: Marinate chicken with Italian dressing overnight

  • Step 3: Next day mix preserves and 1 cup dressing from marinade

  • Step 4: Preheated oven 325 degree F

  • Step 5: Spray pam in 9x13 casserole place skin side up brush marinade on chicken

  • Step 6: Pour rest over chicken

  • Step 7: Cover

  • Step 8: Bake 90 minutes

  • Step 9: Uncover

  • Step 10: Bake at least 30 minutes until golden(check sooner ,I like mine well done) poke with a fork if juices run clear it's done
