Step 2: Season with salt and pepper
Step 3: Pour oil in pan
Step 4: Place in 450° oven to brown on both sides, about 30 minutes total.
Step 5: Sprinkle on heavily
Step 6: Salt, pepper, caraway seeds, worcestershire sauce, thyme and garlic powder.
Step 7: Place chopped celery, carrot and onion around the roast.
Step 8: Pour wine over the pork and add brown gravy to the pan.
Step 9: Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for about 2 hours.
Step 10: Pierce roast with a fork.
Step 11: When juices run clear, it is done.
