  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives,sliced,pitted
  • 4 ounces baguette, cut into bite sized cubes
  • Dressing:
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
