  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Step 2: Grease 2-quart casserole with butter.

  • Step 3: Spray Pam in it

  • Step 4: In large bowl

  • Step 5: Whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.

  • Step 6: Stir in cold water.

  • Step 7: Add boiling water and stir vigorously.

  • Step 8: Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 9: Pour into prepared casserole dish.

  • Step 10: Bake 1 hour or until firm and browned
