Step 1: Separate meat into 4 patties.
Step 2: Place each patty in the center of a square Of foil.
Step 3: Top with equal portions of sliced carrots, potatoes and peppers.
Step 4: Season with dehydrated onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Step 5: Seal foil.
Step 6: Check for leaks.
Step 7: Place on hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 8: Turn and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
