Step 1: Tea Simple Syrup
Step 2: In a medium pot, bring 1 cup water and honey to a boil. Boil 5 minutes
Step 3: Remove from the heat, add the chai tea bags, cover and steep 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the tea bags .
Step 5: Stir in the vanilla.
Step 6: Let cool.
Step 7: Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Step 8: Chai White Russian:
Step 9: Fill a glass with ice.
Step 10: Add the vodka, Kahlua, and a tablespoon of chai tea syrup.
Step 11: Stir gently.
Step 12: Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
