  • Syrup:
  • 4 tablespoons chai tea ,(4 bags)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • White russian:
  • 2 ounces vodka,(1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 ounces kahlua, (3 tablespoons)
  • 2 ounces chai tea syrup, (4 tablespoons)
  • 2 ounces heavy cream, (4 tablespoons)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Tea Simple Syrup

  • Step 2: In a medium pot, bring 1 cup water and honey to a boil. Boil 5 minutes

  • Step 3: Remove from the heat, add the chai tea bags, cover and steep 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove the tea bags .

  • Step 5: Stir in the vanilla.

  • Step 6: Let cool.

  • Step 7: Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Step 8: Chai White Russian:

  • Step 9: Fill a glass with ice.

  • Step 10: Add the vodka, Kahlua, and a tablespoon of chai tea syrup.

  • Step 11: Stir gently.

  • Step 12: Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
