  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Milton's Original Multigrain Crackers
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, then grease a 2-quart baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the corn, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper & lemon pepper.

  • Step 3: Transfer this corn mixture to the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle with the cracker crumbs before drizzling the crackers topping with melted butter.
