Step 1: Whisk eggs, milk, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2: Microwave chili for 30 seconds.
Step 3: On medium heat
Step 4: Spray a small skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Step 5: Add butter
Step 6: Add egg mixture to skillet.
Step 7: When egg is fully cooked add chili and cheese.
Step 8: Add onion and jalapeno
Step 9: Fold egg over.
Step 10: Cover
Step 11: Cook for a minute until cheese is melted
Step 12: Plate
Step 13: Top with tomato, cilantro and green onion
