Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 3: In a medium bowl,
Step 4: Whisk together apple butter, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and Dijon;
Step 5: Set aside.
Step 6: In a large bowl
Step 7: Combine wings, vegetable oil, brown sugar, garlic, onion and chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 8: Place wings onto prepared baking sheet and baste apple butter glaze on one side of the wings.
Step 9: Place into oven and bake for 25 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime and basting with apple butter glaze on other side of wings.
Step 10: To make the dipping sauce,
Step 11: Whisk together sour cream and Sriracha.
Step 12: Serve wings immediately with dipping sauce, if desired.
