Step 1: Freeze 3 cups (150 ml) of the coffee in ice cube trays
Step 2: Just before serving, place half the frozen coffee cubes in blender with 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) of coffee and 2 cups ice cream.
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoon brandy or rum, if using and blend until smooth.
Step 4: Pour into serving glasses
Step 5: Repeat. with remaining ingredients
Step 6: Garnish each drink with small scoop of ice cream and serve immediately.
