Step 1: Meatloaf:
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350°.
Step 3: Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper, allowing 2 inches of overhang on each of the long sides.
Step 4: In a large bowl
Step 5: Combine the breadcrumbs with the applesauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, kosher and garlic salts, black and white peppers, sugar and mustard
Step 6: Stir to form a paste.
Step 7: Add the pork and beef and, using your hands, gently mix until well blended. Scrape the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan and press the mixture down slightly to remove any air pockets.
Step 8: Put on cookie sheet
Step 9: Bake until the meatloaf is lightly browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165°, about 1 hour.
Step 10: Cool the meat loaf on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Step 11: Remove the meatloaf from the pan, cut into thick slices
Step 12: Pour gravy over center of slice
Step 13: Gravy:
Step 14: Heat butter in skillet add onions
Step 15: Add mushrooms
Step 16: Cook down until tender
Step 17: Add gravy and rinse jar out with water ,boullion and cornstarch
Step 18: Cook down until thickened
