  • 1/4 cup red wine or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook carrots covered in lightly salted boiling water 7-9 minutes or until just tender; drain well.

  • Step 2: Add vinegar, brown sugar, butter and pecans; cook and stir until well-coated (about another 5 minutes)

  • Step 3: Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
