Step 1: In a large mixing bowl cream the sugar with butter for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add in orange juice, corn syrup and molasses; beat until well combined.
Step 3: In another bowl combine the flour with next 6 dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture beating on low speed until blended.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours (or even longer).
Step 5: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 6: Grease a large baking sheet/s.
Step 7: On a lightly floured surface roll the dough (a portion at a time) to 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 8: Cut into desired shapes.
Step 9: Place 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheet/s.
Step 10: Bake for 12-14 minutes (for a softer chewy cookie reduce baking time to 10 minutes).
