How to Make

  • Step 1: Unroll each rouladen and smear 1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard on each covering the whole rouladen

  • Step 2: Place two miniature dill pickles or half a large dill pickle in the middle of each rouladen

  • Step 3: Add a quarter of the chopped onion to each rouladen

  • Step 4: Roll the rouladen around the onions and pickle as tightly as you can, secure each with two toothpicks placed long ways as if you are sewing with the pick

  • Step 5: Lightly spray a skillet with oil and brown the rouladen. Your skillet will need a lid
